Note: Kie Kahara was the first Odia film to run more than 100 days at several theaters across the state. This movie has many firsts for its credit. Like this movie was released simultaneously at two cinema halls Hind & Prabhat of Cuttack. 'Udi Udi Udi Jaare Udi' is the first Odia song based on kite flying. This was the longest Odia feature film at that time in 1968. In choreography and other technicalities much advancement had been adopted for the first time in this movie. For the first time one song from this movie 'Paradeshi Bandhu Tume' had an all time hit in marriage band parties. This was a marvelous movie of the century with full package of superb acting, well furnished story line, and good sense of comedy, momentous music and lyrics.
Plot: Prakash, who can't depart his family values in the mean time he don't want to suppress his modern dreams with new thoughts. The conflict begins.
